All DESCHAMPS flagpoles are built according to the same,
unique manufacturing process, in order to produce high and consistent quality :
- Molding carried out under high temperature to ensure rapid and completed polymerization.
- Automated stratification to guarantee uniformity of the finish and constant thickness of the flagpoles walls.
- Use of glass fabrics, made exclusively of single strand fibers over the entire length of the flagpole, in order to provide superior flexibility and strength.
- Composite material containing in excess of 60% of fiber glass to provide additional
resistance and the ability to withstand very high wind forces (rival flagpoles generally
contain less than 40% fiber glass)
 
- Accessories (Tilting base, shaft, banner, rotating head, hook ...) built with only quality in mind: durability, efficiency and aesthetics.
