The pennant is hoisted to the top of the flagpole either
by using a halyard, or by laying down the flagpole.
The size of some flags makes a rotating banner arm necessary to
ensure that they can remain unfurled whatever the wind strength and wind direction.
DESCHAMPS has patented a hoisting system which avoids the time-consuming and unpractical
process of laying down a flagpole to install or remove a flag.
(A model without the hoisting system and equipped with a simplified banner is also available)
